Mr. Dan Martineau was appointed a Commissioner on the Trinidad and Tobago Fair Trading Commission on October 29th 2020 by Her Excellency Paula-Mae Weekes, President of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago.
Mr. Martineau’s career began in the United States, where he worked for different trading groups in Commodity and Equity trading. Returning to Trinidad and Tobago in 2001 he worked in the Banking and Investment Management industries, where he has held various management positions.
Mr. Martineau currently manages a private investment portfolio dealing in securities and Real Estate and also serves on a number of public sector Boards.
Mr. Martineau holds a BSc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA in International Finance from the University of the West Indies.
